This month\u2019s featured artist is <strong>Barbara Robinette<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Barbara is a college drop-out who, after retirement from a university, has read, written and published many free verse poems. In 2017, because she had no more words to say in free verse, she decided to learn watercolor painting. In 2019 she wanted to put words to the paintings, so began studying haiku. Initially, she thought haiku were 3 lines of 5-7-5 syllables about anything but has since realized the fascinating possibilities of ELH.
