EPIC poetry group to read at Edmonds Arts Festival

The poetry group EPIC Group Writers led by Gerald Bigelow will once again be in Edmonds Square this year as part of the annual Edmonds Arts Festival. The festival takes place on Father’s Day weekend, June 17-19; EPIC poets will read from 2-3 p.m. on Saturday, June 18.

The Edmonds Plaza showcases a variety of Edmonds arts and crafts during the festival. Here, in addition to listening to poets, you can buy unique local art, see artists create their work, listen to live music, and learn how to get involved in the arts in Edmonds.

All are invited to stop by the performance area to hear poetry read by the following poets, whose works have also been published in Poets’ Corner in My new Edmonds, among other places:

Carol Tiebout

James Backstrom

Zeinab Masoud

Kristina Stapleton

Irene Myers

Susan Pitman

Tyler Marcil

Diana Naab

Gerald Bigelow

Alison Ersfeld

There will also be an information table with an EPIC member available to discuss EPIC and the opportunities available to join the group.
