Sheree K. Nielsen’s love of coffee began at the age of seventeen when, on a camping trip, she couldn’t find her usual drink – tea – and was forced to to drink coffee. She loved it!

While undergoing chemotherapy in 2018 for Waldenstrom’s macroglobulinemia, Nielsen found that her sense of taste was impaired for ten days after each treatment. For a coffee lover, it was tough.
